Sim calling at this price is value for money and use

Bought the watch in 2021, and it worked fine for sometime. Had an issue with display after that. Got in touch with the seller who is extremely responsive on whatsapp. Once the product was shipped, they took care of the rest - fixed, serviced and even shipped back at no cost. Basically they extended the warranty to 2+ years!.

It’s a great watch to ensure peace of mind with your child but has a shorter battery life

It’s a great product to keep in touch with your kids when they are out of the house. However the battery life is only one day hence needs to be charged again

Decent watch/phone. Excellent Service.

This is a decent device for kids. The speaker is good. The battery life lasts for a couple of days' play sessions.
SeTracker App is a bit fidgety, but the device works much better than my previous device. We bought this watch in August '23 and in January '24, the watch is still going strong. My son uses it just about every day.
We had an issue with the watch not charging. The adapter (not from Turet) malfunctioned and put out a higher voltage than allowed. It killed the watch and a wireless charger. However, the fine technicians at Turet fixed the watch and got it back to us in quick time. 5 stars for their service.
The device and the company are both recommended.
