Serves the purpose. After service is good.

Bought in November & got problem with speaker in January 2024.

Feedback:
I have raised complained on 8th January 2024, about speaker of watch not working.
The support staff responded quickly & got it repaired.The response & repair service is quick but it took 4-5 days for pickup & drop in transit, I received back my watch on 17th/18th January.
I wish they have more service centre , then total time would have reduced to deliver watch ,as my child uses watch almost daily & its easy to track him & connect with him.

Good product for the cost

I bought it for my daughter. It is useful watch but it is a bit on the higher side compared to another brands. Video call is possible with internet.. Initially it was unable to read sim, now work perfectly fine

Gud Kids safety watch

Calling quality is very good. Location can also be tracked. Unwanted calls can be restricted. Good features.

Good customer service and good product

Within a month of purchase the watch went dumb and just wouldn’t start. Mostly likely it was a battery issue. However the customer service is prompt and they quickly arranged for a pick up and timely replaced it with a new piece. In general, satisfied with the overall product.
