We faced many initial issues like how to insert sim, passing commands to the device is unpredictable, timezone selection was not happening, many commands need to send sms to be executed and cannot be done through app.

Took us almost 3-4 weeks to set it up and the customer support helped us a lot in getting that done. Once done, this product is working really well, but they should have included a User Manual with all the functionality and solutions to the nuiances (like a FAQ printout) along with the product.

It is painful to ask customer support every time. Although the support is great and they themselves reached out to us and helped us a lot. Without that we would have just returned the product.

TURET watch which I had brought , is just amazing and it really helps you to Stay connected with your Lived ones .

Had a some Minor issue , but the Support helped me out to Get it ready in Due time !!

Well to start with, the watch will be apt for atleast a 5 yrs kid, as the kids need to know how to operate. Purely for tracking for younger kids, some other non-expensive product can be looked at.
Pros:
Does the job, tracking, SOS and other features are genuine and liked the control in terms of Phone book, i.e. the parents has the control as to who can the kid call. tracking has a bit of lag but can be improvised.
Cons:
The purpose of the app and watch is to track the safety of the kid and a forced advertisement is a turn-down, Side banner ads will be fine.

Hi I all I am reweing this product after my daughter using it since last 1 year.We gifted her on bday.I was observing battery was lasting only 1 day called up customer care for battery replacement they said ma'am it's backup last only for 1 day so no need to replace battery.I was very happy with the suggestion from Gurpreet customer care executive.She was good and very prompt resolving query..I would refer parents to buy this product it helps a lot for tracking your kid and we are tension free.Thank you Turet for a wonderful product.

This is my second purchase. Bought one for my daughter and one for my niece. Much needed for parents if your kid goes out to play. Cons: GPS doesn't work sometime but customer service is great.
